4. Client Responsibilities

Delays or failures caused by missing access or information are not the responsibility of HTX Leads.
5. Payment Terms

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a non exclusive license to use delivered materials for your business purposes only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited without written consent.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non public business, technical, or financial information disclosed during the course of the engagement.
This obligation survives termination of services.
8. Third Party Services
HTX Leads may utilize third party platforms such as Google, Meta, analytics tools, call tracking providers, or SEO software. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, or actions taken by third parties.
You agree to comply with all applicable third party terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HTX Leads shall not be liable for:
